These zip codes are most efficient to service at the current scale.  If we shipped rather than deliver, we would need to rely on shipping companies that require cardboard boxes and tape.  But by delivering ourselves, we are able to reduce the amount of packaging in our orders.

How long does shipping take?

Deliveries are every Saturday by 2:00pm. Order cutoff time for Saturday delivery is 9:00pm Thursday for Produce and 9:00pm Friday for all other items.

What is your packaging made of?

We use 100% post-consumer recycled paper bags with a plant polymer liner.  These BPA free liners are made from either corn starch or sugar cane, and are designed to substitute widely used petroleum-based plastics.

How should I discard the packaging?

Place your used packaging outside your door during your next expected delivery. We will collect and then deliver to our composting partner in San Marcos, The Compost Group.

The large paper bags or cardboard your order is delivered in should be either recycled or composted. You may also reuse as a trash bag!

How should I store the food?

Store your dry food in glass containers after you receive your order.  This maximizes the freshness of the food and looks beautiful in your pantry.

What is your return policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order for some reason, reach out to us and we'll work with you to get it sorted.  We want you to be 100% happy with your experience.
